THIS PIC, WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY TAKEN FOR A NEWSPAPER STORY ON US, BECAME THE MOST ICONIC
PHOTO OF MYKEL.
I REMEMBER A NIGHT AT THE ROXY IN HOLLYWOOD. KARI KANE OF PRETTY BOY FLOYD WAS BEGGING
MYKEL TO LET HIM BUY THIS SKULL OUTFIT FROM HIM. MYKEL RETIRED THIS OUTFIT AFTER THE LATEX RUBBER SKULLS BACAME TO HOT TO
WEAR ONSTAGE.
MYKEL HAD MANY FRIENDS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. THESE MEMORIAL PATCHES ARE FROM HIS GOOD
FRIENDS IN IOWA.
In Memorium of one of my greatest friends Michael (Mykel) Geyman. Mykel was not only one
my greatest friends but, without a doubt the most unforgetable person I have ever met. He was born to Thomas and Josie Geyman
on Sept. 6th 1965 and grew up in Lansing Michigan. I met Mykel in the early 90's after he had moved to Arizona and got a job
working as the drum technician for Kevin the drummer of my band Psycho Gypsy. After Kevin and Psycho Gypsy parted ways we
soon learned that Mykel fit into the role of Psycho Gypsy's drummer better than Kevin did. ( Yes we hired our former drummers
technician to replace him. ) It was not until after Mykel joined that we enjoyed a certain level of success. Attendance at
our shows grew very quickly and soon after, every local magazine and newspaper had done a story on us including the Phoenix
New Times and The Arizona Republic. Even other states took notice with articles about us published in Hollywood's Rock City
News and internet music magazine Glam and Glitzine who described Mykel's drum work on our CD as "Thunderous!" Because of Mykel
I got to live out a lot of my dreams of being a rock musician and going on tour to places like Hollywood and Las Vegas! we
did not realize the impact we had made until, sadly, after Mykel's passing. We began to receive E-Mail from as far away as
Italy, Spain, and Japan where many of our CDs had been sold. Without even realizing it Mykel had made an impression on people
all over the world. However, the biggest impression he made was on myself. Without a doubt I am a better person for having
known him. Thank you my friend.

MYKEL HAD FOUR HOBBIES. GIRLS, DRUMS, HOCKEY, AND THIS HIS HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE
WHICH HE LOVED AS MUCH AS THE OTHER THREE.
THE TWO PICTURES BELOW ARE A RARE GLIMPSE OF THE MYKEL WE KNEW OUTSIDE OF PSYCHO GYPSY.
YOU CAN SEE IN HIS EXPRESSION WHAT A KIND, GENUINE PERSON HE REALLY WAS. THESE PICS ARE HARD FOR US TO LOOK AT BECAUSE
IT REMINDS US OF HOW MUCH WE MISS HIM.
AS ANY BAND WOULD, WE WOULD PEEL OFF LAYERS OF CLOTHING THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AS IT GOT
HOTTER AND HOTTER ON STAGE. MYKEL'S CLOTHES WERE MOSTLY OFF BEFORE HE GOT TO THE STAGE. THIS PARTICULAR OUTFIT CONSISTED OF
A STUDDED LEATHER HARNESS AND A COD PIECE. THAT WAS IT.
